I currently hold a level 4 ITEC in sports massage and anatomy and physiology, that I gained through study with The London School of Massage. I have covered, trigger point work, myofascial release, STRs’ and MET stretches.

I have worked with clients that are weight lifters, a kick boxer, a dancer and many office-based workers along with a client who has chronic fatigue and stress. I am myself a dancer and I have knowledge of stretches and nutrition, gained not only from the course but from my own personal learning and experience.

I worked firstly in Sutton, and Crawley, with Brian Hammond, in large teams gaining an untold wealth of clinical skills, radiology, rehabilitation, and medical acupuncture. I continued my education whilst working and I began to specialise in my passion, babies, children and pregnant mothers to be. From newborn babies to more mature patients, including a 99 year old lady, I continue to develop my skills with continued studied and the spark that glowed all those years ago is still burning brightly. I have a fascination with my profession and am known for the personal approach to my patients, with my interests continuing to be treatment and management of chronic pain, exercise rehabilitation and pediatrics. I have a role within the Royal College of Chiropractors CPD team (Continuing Professional Development) organising events to enhance and open specialist areas to Chiropractors on the south coast.

I am a newly graduated sports therapist from the university of Chichester,BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy Degree, who is eager to aid people in the process of recovery from injury and help them return to normal function or progress to their sporting and recreational needs, through treatments and exercise plans. I’m also an active gym goer who has seen and experienced a large range of sports and exercise related injuries, whether that is previously in the university clinic or at a clinic in Portsmouth that I attended on my university placement. Originally from Norway, Linn graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in Bournemouth with a BSc in Human Sciences and a MSc in Chiropractic. Whilst at the AECC, Linn also worked alongside post graduate student midwifes at the at The Feeding Clinic; a voluntary service supporting new mothers and babies feed more effectively.

Linn is fully committed to supporting patients of all ages become the very best that they can be. She is skilled in using a range of manual therapy techniques which encourage pain reduction, improved function and increased mobility.

In her spare time Linn enjoys living up to the Norwegian stereotype of running and cycling in the great outdoors. When indoors, she enjoys weight training, listening to vinyl, reading and playing video games.
